Primoco UAV 2025: Record Contracts Signed, NATO Certification and Strong Cash Position for Further Growth.

27 April 2026, Prague – Primoco UAV SE delivered a breakthrough performance in 2025, confirming its position as a technology leader in the unmanned aerial systems sector. The company signed contracts exceeding CZK 1 billion for the first time in its history, obtained NATO military certification, and significantly strengthened its financial position.

In 2025, Primoco UAV reported revenues of CZK 389 million and a net profit exceeding CZK 104 million. EBITDA reached nearly CZK 146 million, consistently demonstrating the company's ability to generate strong operating margins in the range of 30–40%.

A key milestone was surpassing CZK 1 billion in newly signed contracts within a single year. These contracts include deliveries of a total of 42 Primoco One 150 aircraft. "Sixteen aircraft were delivered to customers by the end of 2025, while the remaining deliveries will be reflected in the 2026 financial results," said Ladislav Semetkovský, Founder and CEO of Primoco UAV.

Among the notable contracts is a CZK 100 million delivery of an unmanned solution to the Spanish Guardia Civil. Primoco UAV further demonstrated its strong execution capabilities by delivering the aircraft to the customer in less than one month from contract signature.

A key technological achievement in 2025 was obtaining NATO STANAG 4703 military certification. Primoco UAV thus became the first manufacturer globally to combine this certification with civil authorization for operations over densely populated areas. "This combination is the result of five years of intensive development, hundreds of tests and thousands of flight hours. We are the only company in our category offering it," added Semetkovský.

The company also significantly strengthened its financial position. Cash reserves more than doubled year-on-year to nearly CZK 500 million, enabling Primoco UAV to finance its further development entirely from internal resources without the need for external debt.

In early April 2026, Primoco UAV obtained a construction permit for a new production and administrative facility in Písek. The CZK 750 million investment will increase production capacity to up to 300 aircraft per year by 2028, representing a threefold increase compared to current levels. In June 2026, the company will open a new training centre and hangar at its airport in Písek Krašovice. This will gradually create a fully integrated site covering development, manufacturing, maintenance, and professional UAS pilot training.

Primoco UAV also continues to strengthen its team with key expert hires. "Maintaining our lead requires not only best-in-class technology and infrastructure, but also top talent. Our team is the foundation of our continued growth," concluded Semetkovský.
